The completion of the booking form either on-line, by fax or phone represents a binding agreement between us. Visitors have the right to cancel their booking within 14 days for a full refund. After that time period refunds will only be given at the discretion of management.

Association of Manufacturers of Power Generating Systems will consider any requests for reimbursement made either by e-mail or in writing setting out your particular circumstances although the decision made by Association of Manufacturers of Power Generating Systems after receipt of this request will be final and Association of Manufacturers of Power Generating Systems is under no obligation to refund fees. Fees will not be refundable under any circumstances within one month of the event, except at the discretion of management.
